HOW IT WORKS

A LOT gets covered during this first step! The goal of the meeting is to exchange information and for the designer to get familiar with the space in which assistance is needed. Existing conditions are reviewed with the client as well as expectations, design style, timeline and budget. This working appointment will leave you with plentiful design advice that will leave you excited to move forward with the project. If we mutually decide we are a good fit, you will provide a signed agreement in addition to a retainer in order for the design process to start.

Interior Drawings are provided for: Kitchen & Bath Concepts, Media Rooms and all types of Custom Cabinetry.

Interior Specifications are provided for: Lighting and Plumbing Fixtures, Hardware, Wall Finishes, Floor Selections and Paint Selections

CAD drawings and documents include:

• Floor Plans with furniture placement

• Interior Elevations (for all cabinetry and wall treatments)

• Lighting Plans (If needed)

• Paint Schedule

• Lighting and Plumbing Schedule

Hourly fee is $125 p/h.

*Note that an estimate of work hours may be provided at the Initial Consultation meeting. If we bundle with another area, we will consider a discounted cost.
