HOW IT WORKS
This service includes a 90 minute site visit to discuss the scope of the project and to analyze the aesthetics of the home.
If we decide to move forward with the project, we proceed in taking dimensions.
It will take up to 10 business days for the following:
Generate a concept
Draw sketches for presentation; Window Treatments and/or Upholstered Seating
Fabric sourcing
Hardware sourcing (for window treatments); Leg Style for Seating
Order and receiving of fabric samples for presentation (extra samples are usually presented as additional options)
Paint selections for room cohesiveness (if needed) and/or Stain Selection
Written Proposal
*Note: During the presentation, a proposal with detailed descriptions will be presented for your review. Once approved - payment, orders and fabrication take place.
The approximate timing from beginning to installation is 10-14 weeks.
Designer’s flat fee for this service is $750 / up to 2 rooms (due upon signed agreement). This cost does not include materials, fabrication, hardware or installation services.
Cost includes up to 2 changes. Additional sourcing time will be charged $95 p/h.
